Hi and welcome!

I'm Kristin and I started finding and sharing bargain Italian homes with members on Substack and Patreon in 2024.

In May 2026 the name was changed from "Live Your Dream Italy" to "Vivere Italia" and the Vivere Italia Home Buyers & Cool Italian Homes <€75K groups were started on Skool.

I just shared the 100th collection of "Italian Homes <€150k" in September 2026!

It was through these weekly home finds that we found our beautiful €40K home in Sardinia in May 2025 and finalized the sale six weeks later.

I'm not a realtor or personal home finder and don't receive any fees, commissions or kickbacks for the homes I feature. I just love finding and sharing beautiful properties.

I hope you'll join us!

Grazie Mille! ~ Kristin
